Role & Responsibilities
- Be comfortable with regular travel and direct customer interaction.
- Develop new business opportunities across the company’s product range through customer visits, research, cold calling, databases, industry associations, trade shows and professional networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide timely support for quotations, orders, follow-ups and customer enquiries.
- Work towards resolving customer issues quickly and effectively within the assigned territory.
- Promote and market JIBASIYA Industries’ products and solutions within the assigned territory.
- Conduct detailed customer site surveys to understand equipment, applications and usage requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer operations, requirements and business needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and business opportunities.
