Company History

Established on 26th September 2019, JIBASIYA Industries is built on 36 years of legacy in trading envisioned and sculpted by Mr. Rajendra Kumar. A production engineering graduate from the 1984 batch of BIT Mesra, he gave his early years as an engineer to Hindustan Motors before venturing out and founding Jibasiya, which started as a trading firm in 1987. 32 years later, in 2019, JIBASIYA industries set up its first Conveyor Idler manufacturing unit with an installed monthly capacity of 8000 tonnes.

To develop an indigenous, reliable and easily scalable engineering process that enables us to consistently deliver quality products at competitive rates. We aim to minimize hazardous waste generation while continuously identifying efficient methods for recycling and responsible manufacturing.

Manufacturing Infrastructure & Capacity

JIBASIYA Industries operates a manufacturing facility spread across 30,000 sq. ft., with an installed capacity of manufacturing approximately 500–900 idlers per day. Our infrastructure is designed to support consistent production, quality control and efficient dispatch of conveyor components for industrial applications.
