Quality & Testing

At JIBASIYA Industries, quality is an essential part of our conveyor component manufacturing process. Our idlers, rollers, pulleys and other bulk material handling components undergo testing and inspection designed to support reliable performance, durability and consistent operation in demanding industrial environments.

TESTING

Tested for Strength & Reliable Performance

Built to perform in demanding conditions, our conveyor components are evaluated against moisture, dust and mechanical operating conditions. These quality checks help us identify potential issues and maintain consistent product performance before components are supplied for industrial applications.

Rigorous Testing for Bulk Material Handling Components

Our bulk material handling components undergo testing procedures focused on water resistance, dust penetration and friction performance. These tests are intended to evaluate the condition and operating characteristics of rollers and related conveyor components under defined test conditions.

Water Resistance Test

The water resistance test evaluates the ability of an assembled conveyor roller/pulley assembly to withstand water exposure and checks whether water reaches the bearing region.
Testing Procedure:

  • Water is poured over the assembled pulley at a pressure of 1 gf or more for 30 minutes or more.
  • The roller is then disassembled and inspected to estimate water penetration into the bearing region.

Dust Resistance Test

The dust resistance test evaluates the roller’s exposure to dusty conditions and checks the extent of dust penetration into the bearing region.
Testing Procedure:
  • The rollers are exposed to dust for more than 30 minutes.
  • The roller is disassembled and inspected to estimate dust penetration into the bearing region.

Friction & Performance Test

The friction test evaluates the operating characteristics of the roller by measuring its self-deceleration after being operated at a defined rotational speed.
Testing Procedure:
  • The rollers are operated at 1200 rpm and subsequently allowed to self-decelerate to a standstill.
  • The elapsed time is used to estimate the coefficient of friction. The current stated acceptance criterion is a coefficient of friction not greater than 0.015.

Multi-Stage Quality Assurance

Every idler, pulley and relevant conveyor component undergoes quality checks intended to support reliable performance in heavy-duty bulk material handling applications. Our approach combines manufacturing controls, inspection and product testing to maintain consistency throughout the production process.

ISO Certification

ISO certification and its exact standard/year should be displayed only according to the currently valid certificate held by JIBASIYA Industries.

Dynamic Balance Testing

Dynamic balance testing helps evaluate rotational balance and supports smooth operation of rotating conveyor components where applicable.

Tolerance Inspections

Dimensional and tolerance inspections help maintain consistency in component manufacturing and assembly.

Quality Built Into Our Manufacturing Process

Quality is considered across the manufacturing workflow, from raw material sourcing and production to inspection, testing, finishing and dispatch. This structured approach helps JIBASIYA Industries deliver conveyor components designed for dependable industrial use.

Quality for Demanding Industries

Reliable conveyor components are important for industries where material handling systems operate continuously under demanding conditions. JIBASIYA Industries manufactures and tests conveyor components for applications associated with mining, steel, power, cement, manufacturing and bulk material handling.
