The assembled pulley is sprayed with pressurized water (≥1 gf/cm² for 30 minutes) to test the effectiveness of sealing. Post-test, the pulley is disassembled to check for water penetration in the bearing housing.
Each drum pulley undergoes dynamic balancing and runout testing to ensure smooth rotation, minimize vibration, and prevent misalignment during high-speed operations.
The pulley shell and hub welds are tested under simulated operational loads to validate weld integrity, shaft locking strength, and overall mechanical durability under tension and torque conditions.
